Welcome to Nancy and David’s southern exposures. We’d
like to share a few photos and information with family and friends.
On December 21st, 2004 Nancy was able to
join me in Christchurch New Zealand as I returned from working in
Antarctica. We toured NZ by
plane, train, and automobile.
Nancy ran a half marathon through the “Hutt Valley” region north
of Wellington.
I've been working at McMurdo and South Pole
Stations, Antarctica through the United States Antarctic Program
(USAP). USAPs gateway to McMurdo
is through Christchurch, New Zealand. This was my second season working
in Antarctica.
